Joycelyn is a veteran staff member of St. Stephens, and joined here when she was converted to Christ as a young adult.

In recent years her ministry has extended to pastoral care and training others in the work of mercy and encouragement. She is a licensed Stipendiary Lay Minister in the Anglican Diocese of Brisbane. God has given her gifts that operate through her faith for the help of others.

Our Central Church Leadership Team Minimize

St. Stephen’s Coorparoo is an Anglican parish community in the Diocese of Brisbane. Our church has a central leadership team made up of the Rector, the Church Wardens and the Parish Council. These three leadership components each have their distinctive responsibilities and also they have joint responsibilities which requires them to act in conjunction with one another.

We are developing a networked Church Leadership structure in which the various ministry leaders and teams in the main areas of PRAYER, WORSHIP, FELLOWSHIP, DISCIPLESHIP, SERVICE AND WITNESS are interlinked with our central leadership team.

We have a great desire to see all the teams of our church operate in God’s work with maximum effectiveness. We have set out a set of guidelines for all our ministry teams, so that they will be able to develop creative, high-quality and God-dependent ministries. See Effective Ministry Teams.
